Return Policy - LUNIVA

At LUNIVA, every product is custom-made to meet your specific needs. Due to the personalized nature of our items, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Customized Products

All of our products are made to order based on your personalized instructions, making them unique and non-resellable to other customers. Therefore, returns and exchanges are not permitted for customized items.

Exceptions: Manufacturing Defects

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or an error in personalization, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will review the issue, and if the defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or repair.

Defect Process

Once your defect claim is received and validated, we will inform you by email about the next steps for returning the defective item, if necessary.

Refunds (if applicable)

In the case of a confirmed defect, and if a refund is approved, it will be processed and automatically credited to your original payment method within a few days.

Gifts

Gift items cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect. In this case, if the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, a gift certificate of equivalent value will be issued after the defective item is received.

Shipping

If you need to return a product due to a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, for any other type of return, shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs for returns are non-refundable, except in cases of confirmed manufacturing defects. If a refund is granted for reasons other than a manufacturing defect, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

For items valued over €75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
